Doohlabs CMS operates screen players and content. Different types of players can be geographically decentralised anywhere within the common digital signage network.
Real-time information can be embedded from the customers’ information system and automatically presented on different players real-time. Social-media feeds, news and weather services or automatically updated product advertisements and real-time tracking of the customer’s information can be used. The Doohlabs platform is designed to be an integral part of our customers’ architecture, such as DAM & PIM systems.
Good content and intelligence lives in the cloud. All services are driven by our cloud, which distributes playlists and high-quality materials to a huge number of media players on-location, while collecting analytics and statistics.
Customer can define player groups for different media players so that the materials are shown on different media players simultaneously. One or more display devices can be connected to a media player so that materials can be played on a single device, device groups or a large video wall.
Cloud allows easy management of even large quantities of display materials and several different campaigns in different media players and player groups simultaneously. The scheduling of the materials is effortless.
SoC-player development (System on Chip), meaning software that runs inside digital screen without needing external media player hardware) is key part of our offering.

Download multiple files and common file formats for publishing in your campaigns, easily from browser or via API from your favourite DAM system.
You can also create content in the Template section of the system, utilising ready-made content templates easily and quickly. Only update new texts and images to the content template and publish it to your desired screens or display groups.

Campaigns can also be scheduled and published automatically.
The Timeline -view facilitates the overall scheduling and planning. You just throw campaigns and content into the timeline and the cloud will show them at the right time with selected screens.
One campaign can contain various contents and can be scheduled for multiple content streams - for just a couple of hours at a time or 24/7/365.
Choose to show the campaign and the connected contents every Wednesday at lunchtime, every half hour, every other week... choices are unlimited!
Content Wheel feature allows virtually infinite number of options to display content. If your campaign is running around ten different content, the user can schedule them so that they will not be repeated in the same order.
